Submitting & confirming orders

Cancellations & refunds
You may cancel and receive a refund if you tell us within 3 days of receiving confirmation and before the service has been supplied.
Refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible.

Clean Air Zone (CAZ) charge
This site is not gov.uk and is not connected to gov.uk. CleanCityAir provides a streamlined mobile-first journey for Clean Air Zone charge handling.
A £5.00 service fee is added on top of the charge collected for the equivalent service. You remain responsible for providing accurate information and checking whether a charge applies.
